We use professional tools, equipment, materials, and cleaning supplies that are effective, efficient, safe and environmentally friendly for your home and family.
6. We visit, we don’t move in!
We will spend the necessary time and effort on our first cleaning visit to get rid of all the old dirt, dust, and grime that may have been accumulating for a long time. We use efficient cleaning methods when we come to clean your home.
7. Flexible Scheduling
For recurring cleans we will work with you to determine a day of the week that works best for you. Once you schedule, you will always be on that day so that it is consistent for you. So if you choose bi-weekly cleans for example and we set you up on Wednesdays, we will arrive every other Wednesday just like clock-work. Please note that you can change your frequency at anytime with no fee. So, if you start out bi-weekly and want to change to weekly or quad-weekly, just give us a call and we will accommodate your request. For initial cleans, one-time or general / occasional cleans, we will work with you to set you up on a day that works best for you. We do have a very large client base so for big cleaning jobs and or one-time cleans, please contact us as far in advance as you can so we can add you to the day you want. We do try to leave some available space in our schedule each week for last minute additions so if the need arises please call us, but advance scheduling is always best when possible. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, *tri-weekly (not available in all areas) and quad-weekly or daily if you need us.
8. Reliable Service
Ever had a guest coming into town or planned a dinner party or get together over the weekend and your cleaner wasn’t available, or worse, didn’t show up? This happens with independent cleaners but not with Clean-Tech Maid Service; you have a whole company that cares, not just an individual. If for any reason one of your regularly scheduled teams has an emergency or can’t make a scheduled day, you will have another team that can temporarily take their place.

Clean Tech Maid Service is confident that our employees will provide high quality service. Because of this, we offer you a satisfaction guarantee. Should you not be completely satisfied with our work, please contact our office in writing via e-mail at mmoore@cleantech1.com by noon the following day. Please include pictures with your e-mail. We will then check our work order for any notes from our technicians and also speak with them to address any concerns you expressed in your e-mail. Our first course of action will be to come back out as soon as we possibly can to re-clean areas that we may have missed. This is, of course, done at no additional charge to you. If this cannot be arranged and we truly did not fulfill the scope of work we promised on our estimate, we may discount said clean and or offer a credit toward your next clean. We promise to work through the variables with you.
